Up early, coffee with David and Bryony, breakfast at Niedlov’s Breadworks. Bryony has students coming to the studio, we load out, then David, Al and I go sightseeing. We catch the Choo Choo Shuttle downtown to the Tennessee Aquarium, walk across the John Ross Bridge over to Coolidge Park then back across the Walnut Street Bridge, a pedestrian only bridge, kiosks set up for a wine tasting festival, past the Hunter Museum of American Art, back to the shuttle bus. We have recording here.

A good show, Jane’s an energizer bunny easily spanning the complete 16’ length of her marimba. She plays classical, modern, Mexican. A hard act to follow, we do our best! We hang out for a bit after the show, pack up, load out, back to Chris and Emily’s for the night, in bed by 1am.
